  1. I find this very important in our PLC’s to bring students work. It is important to be on the same page on how to grade, think about things other teacher’s see that I didn’t and where to take the students next in the process. Do the students need more time on this skill to meet the target? Do they get it and we need to move on? Do we need to take a different direction? All important.
