Dream Big with SRI this #GivingTuesday

Have you cast your vote yet? The election closes at midnight on December 11th. There is an amazing slate of candidates for this year’s election. Please take some time to review the candidate materials and cast your vote today!

COSEBOC Gathering of Leaders – Call for Workshop Proposals

The 10th annual Gathering of Leaders will be held May 18-20, 2016 in New York City. This is a great organization and conference, and a chance to share your knowledge with conference participants. Does your school, district or organization have an innovative practice that has proven effective for educating boys and young men of color? Present a workshop at the gathering and you will receive a reduced registration fee! You can learn more about the Gathering of Leaders, as well as download the workshop proposal information here. We would love to have lots of SRI affiliates in attendance as well as presenters!


US Department of Education Teaching and Principal Ambassador Fellowships

Teaching and Principal Ambassador Fellowships are now available online. Positions are paid for one-year on a full and part-time basis. Teaching and Principal Ambassador Fellows are outstanding educators, with a record of leadership in their professional communities, strong communication skills, and insights on education policy based in their school and classroom expertise. We hope that you will consider applying.
