We wanted to make sure you heard about an event happening around the Eugene area December 5-7th. The Oregon Innovation Tour is a unique event that brings together about 30 people to experience four powerful projects over a couple of days. Prior tours IDEA has led in New York and Vermont have gotten real praise from teachers, students, and parents because they’ve offered folks a tangible experience and important conversation about what powerful learning looks like. The tour does cost money but is comparable to other conferences or workshops folks attend.
We see this is a great opportunity for us to get beyond books, reports, and slideshows and really meet, see, and experience some great work happening in Oregon.
