Our meeting this year is taking place at the San Antonio Marriott Riverwalk Hotel, located on the river and close to a variety of restaurants for lunch and dinner options.

Facilitating Virtual Learning Communities – New Webinar Series
Our featured webinar this month is a new four-part series facilitated by Julie Moore and Natalie Berger, helping participants learn how to facilitate virtual learning communities.
In this interactive webinar series, participants will engage in a variety of SRI protocols and practices to explore how to foster and sustain transformational learning communities in a virtual space. Participants will be part of building a virtual community, while engaging in new learning and planning their own next steps in using virtual learning communities to engage more teachers and students.

Eagle Rock Presentations of Learning
Our partners at Eagle Rock School and Professional Development Center are inviting people to be a part of the next round of student Presentations of Learning. At the end of each trimester, every student prepares a presentation that displays evidence of their learning both academically and personally during the trimester. The presentations are made before members of the Eagle Rock community and a panel composed of guests. If you are interested in alternative assessment, personalized education or Eagle Rock School, this is a great opportunity to learn more and be on a panel.
Because of the scheduling involved, please RSVP online by October 26, 2018.
Additionally, Eagle Rock can provide overnight accommodations and meals, with prior reservations made when you RSVP.
