Equity First Retreats

Los Angeles Equity First Retreat – was Awesome!
The Los Angeles Equity First retreat wrapped up last Friday and based on the feedback from participants, was a great learning experience. Two full days of learning, diving deep into issues of identity and privilege, left participants tired and rejuvenated:

“The two days of conference have been the best two days of learning I’ve ever had. The protocols allowed my voice to be heard. I usually disengage after lunch, but the topics and choice of protocols were perfectly chosen.”

“This was an amazing learning experience. Thank you for creating such an honest, open, safe space for us to talk and grow together. All of the protocols were extremely helpful and helped me process my thoughts and feelings, and getting me out of my comfort zone and speaking out.”

There are two more opportunities to be a part of our Equity First Retreats:

  • Chicago – April 25 & 26
  • Philadelphia – May 2-3

Space is limited. Register now to take advantage of the early bird pricing. You do not want to miss this opportunity to work with colleagues to dive deeper into what it means to have a fierce commitment to educational equity and excellence.
