Facilitative Leadership
Participants learn skills, tools and protocols to enhance their ability to facilitate meetings of all kinds: grade-level meetings, study groups, data analysis meetings, and more. They explore protocols for opening and closing meetings, resolving conflicts, enhancing participation and engagement, exploring equity issues and learning from text and speakers.
Participants who complete Part 1 are eligible to enroll in the Advanced Seminar, and thereby pursue Facilitative Leadership certification.
