2-day, SRI Critical Friendship
In this pre conference, you will learn strategies, facilitation techniques and gain experience with a number of tools for building more effective teams. You will develop skills that enhance communication and trust, and align team members around shared goals so they can effectively plan, communicate, and accomplish tasks together. SRI Critical Friendship includes research-based practices developed beginning in the 1990’s, including work completed at the Annenberg Institute of School Reform at Brown University. These collaboration and reflective practices have continued to evolve over the past 20 years and are the foundation of this pre-conference session.
