The Early Career Teacher Institute targets the professional development needs of teachers in their first through third years of practice.
Content focus may include:
• Classroom management
• Differentiating instruction for English language learners and students with special needs
• Motivating all students
• Responding successfully to supervision
• Assessing and monitoring students learning
