How Are You? Mental Health Awareness and Self-Care for Educators

How are you? When was the last time you heard that question?  Well, 2020 is gone and  2021 is here. The pandemic is still with us with the promise of vaccines being available soon.  We've also had political unrest and witnessed our own country's Capitol being stormed and rioted in these first few days of January. And schools are back in session, both face-to-face and virtually with the expectation that we as educators give 100%+.

SRI is very interested in the total well-being of our educators, so we would like to offer all affiliates a FREE course - How are you? Mental Health Awareness and Self-Care for Educators.  We want to give you a safe space to really break down and dig into all the personal, cultural, social, political, and occupational changes that we had to overcome to get to this new normal we are all experiencing.
