Using Powerful Questions to Transform Practice

I am up … and pretty excited about this afternoon’s agenda on using powerful, probing questions (attached).  I wonder what I will learn?  I heard that one small group’s norms are that each person be accountable for learning something new from each person in the group … really interesting to me.  Even though that is not one of our stated norms, I am going to act as if it is this morning while with my small group.  I am looking  forward to my charrette – and using the feedback to complete the work plan I have to have done next week.  I always bring important work to my Winter Meeting small group – this year I am bringing urgent AND important work to my group!
