Teaching With A Cultural Eye is a two-day institute for new or experienced teachers, principals, and administrators.
Learn strategies to:
- Build teacher-student relationships as partnerships for learning
- Create opportunities for listening to students and catalyzing student voice in the classroom
- Use formative assessment to nurture student self-directed learning and agency
- Manage and create a positive group dynamic in your classroom
- Create engaging and effective learning experiences that are culturally responsive.
Details
$850 per participant; fee includes meals. Individuals and teams are welcome; come on your own or with colleagues to strengthen your equity work in your school or district.
