5-day, SRI Critical Friendship
Working with adults can be a tricky business. Just because a group is called a PLC or a time has been designed that way doesn't make it so. The Institute on SRI Critical Friendship strengthens the habits required to work productively with each other in schools. Student and adult-generated work from participants is used to create authentic and meaningful agendas. Protocols, "structured conversations," are used to practice efficiency, effectiveness, excellence and equity with each other. This institute is ideal for executive leadership, school-level leadership, department heads, grade level chairs, and PLC leaders.
