2-day, Facilitative Leadership
Participants will explore leadership by examining their everyday experiences and challenges. Consider what it means to be a responsive, facilitative leader by considering how to maintain a focused balance on 3 dimensions of success: Results, Process, and Relationships. Learn to support dialogue and reflection on practice using protocols and processes.
Cost: $250 per participant; $200 if district is a member of Trinity’s Center for Educational Leadership
