Dear SRI Community,
SRI accomplished a lot of great work in 2016. Here are some of our favorite highlights:
- Hosted an amazing Winter Meeting in Miami that included a keynote address by Edwidge Danticat and group salsa dancing!
- Allocated 60 scholarships for educators to learn SRI’s collaborative and reflective practices.
- Collaborated with organizations including the Coalition of Schools Educating Boys of Color and the Coalition of Essential Schools at their national conferences.
- Hosted our 2nd annual facilitator retreat in Houston, TX.
- Supported dozens of SRI affiliate learning events throughout the United States and abroad.
